Plan a pod for your part of Singapore

Plan a pod for the way your team works and the building it occupies. Explore local guidance for Singapore’s business districts, then keep the exact destination and receiving requirements with your configuration.

Six models, one configurator

01

Office pods for Singapore CBD

Plan a quieter place for calls, focused work and small meetings in your CBD office. Compare a compact phone booth with a furnished meeting pod, then check the route from your building’s receiving area to its final position.

02

Office pods for one-north

Make room for individual calls, interviews and project conversations within your one-north workplace. Choose the furniture around the work session, then coordinate the pod with your office’s access and facilities requirements.

Choose around the work session

one-north brings together research, technology, media and startup workplaces. A short video call, an interview and a design discussion place different demands on the interior. Solo offers a compact individual setting; Solo Plus gives more space for desk work. Compare Duo and Team for two-person layouts, then Meet or Max when a group needs a table. Include the actual laptop, monitor and seating arrangement in your decision.

Place the pod within the right part of the premises

For a workplace around Biopolis, Fusionopolis, Mediapolis or LaunchPad, identify the precise tenancy and the proposed office position. Where a building also contains specialist facilities, have the responsible team define the intended use and any restrictions. Select the pod for the agreed office activity; a standard office enclosure does not establish laboratory, clinical or controlled-environment suitability.

Plan shared use deliberately

Decide how people find an available pod, how long a typical session lasts and who resets the space. For hybrid calls, check camera position, the background, power connections and the room around a seated user. For interviews or sensitive discussions, assess the whole-pod acoustic evidence and the surrounding office conditions. Interior finishes alone do not establish speech privacy.

Bring the receiving team into the plan

Provide the full address and six-digit postal code, building, floor and unit. Check the permitted delivery entrance, lift and corridor dimensions, assembly space and packaging removal responsibilities. If several teams are purchasing together, include every pod and its furniture in the same project so the package and installation scope can be assessed together.

03

Office pods for Jurong East

Compare office pods for an existing Jurong East workplace or a planned fit-out in Jurong Lake District. Start with the calls and meetings you need to accommodate, then connect the specification to your actual building and handover programme.

Match the plan to the premises you have

Jurong Gateway is the current commercial core of Jurong Lake District, which also includes International Business Park. The wider district continues to develop. For a pod project, use the actual tenancy and current site conditions. An occupied office and a future fit-out need different receiving arrangements, even when both are described as being in Jurong East.

Separate the footprint from the usable layout

For individual calls, compare Solo with the larger desk-work setting of Solo Plus. For two colleagues, compare the furniture and proportions of Duo and Team. Meet and Max provide options for small-group discussions. Place the chosen layout on a floor plan with its door movement, circulation and required clearances. Check the packed route separately from the finished external dimensions.

Coordinate with fit-out and handover

If your project is part of a move or refurbishment, identify who controls access at each stage. Confirm when the receiving area, goods lift, finished floor and power will be available. Allow an agreed assembly area and decide who will receive and inspect the shipment. Do not arrange a delivery around an assumed completion date without confirming the site is ready.

Keep one record of the full scope

Save the exact model, furniture, extras and quantities in the configurator. Add the postal code and building details, then record delivery and installation responsibilities alongside the other fit-out work. Review the total project and tax/import basis before ordering. Connect the agreed delivery window to your tenancy’s confirmed receiving and handover dates.

04

Office pods for Changi Business Park

Plan a phone booth or meeting pod for your Changi Business Park office with the building, receiving route and working layout considered together. The exact delivery location matters as much as the area name.

Create a practical place for calls and meetings

Start with the number of simultaneous calls and the kinds of meetings your team holds. A compact individual pod can free a larger room for group work. A two-person layout may suit interviews or project conversations, while Meet and Max offer larger furnished arrangements. Compare each model’s interior and table space with the session you expect people to have.

Specify the destination precisely

Give the building name, full street address, six-digit postal code, floor and unit. Identify the receiving entrance separately if it differs from the visitor address. Changi Business Park, an airport premises and a restricted logistics site are different delivery situations. If the route requires credentials, security clearance or a special booking, include that requirement when the delivery scope is assessed.

Check equipment movement within the building

Measure the goods lift and the narrowest parts of the internal route against the crate and component dimensions. Establish where unloading can happen and what equipment is available. Include the furniture and any separately packed option, and allow for both base crates if selecting Max. Do not assume a clear pedestrian route is also suitable for heavy goods.

Coordinate the installation handover

Nominate a receiving contact and a person who can approve the final position. Confirm assembly space, power readiness, clearances and packaging responsibilities before the agreed installation. Keep special access work visible in the project scope so the selected delivery and installation service matches the actual premises.

05

Office pods for Paya Lebar

Choose an office pod for calls, focused work or client conversations in your Paya Lebar workplace. Work from the furnished layout and the tenancy’s available space, then check access with the building team.

Begin with the space your team needs most

Paya Lebar is one of Singapore’s sub-regional centres. Within your own workplace, the useful starting point is the activity that is missing a suitable space. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual calls and desk work. Use Duo and Team to assess two-person conversations, then the larger Meet and Max layouts for group discussions.

Keep circulation useful

Draw the proposed position with the door open, the furniture in use and a person approaching it. Check whether the pod would narrow a route, interrupt access to storage or compete with a meeting-room entrance. Have the site team confirm the building’s actual circulation and services requirements. A model that fits within a vacant rectangle is not automatically the right configuration.

Consider visitors as well as regular users

For client-facing use, check the route from reception and whether the chosen seating and table suit the conversation. For everyday staff calls, consider availability during the busiest period and whether two smaller spaces would serve the work better than one larger pod. Compare complete configurations in the existing configurator instead of treating every nominal capacity as the same experience.

Confirm the tenancy’s receiving arrangements

Provide the full address, postal code, floor and unit. Ask which loading entrance and lift can be used and whether the work needs booking or contractor registration. Include unloading, inside movement and assembly responsibilities in the project scope. Building-specific requirements are assessed for your address rather than assumed from the Paya Lebar label.

06

Office pods for Tampines

Plan a FocusPod for your Tampines workplace around the calls and meetings your team actually holds. Compare a single compact pod with a mix of individual and meeting spaces before setting the project scope.

Start with busy-period demand

Tampines is an established regional centre. For a branch office or shared workplace, count how many people need a call space at the same time and how frequently small meetings occupy a larger room. This helps you compare a single meeting pod with several individual settings. Use actual working patterns rather than a fixed pod-per-desk ratio.

Compare the furnished options

Solo and Solo Plus serve different individual-work footprints. Duo and Team offer alternative proportions for two-person use. Meet and Max provide larger meeting layouts. Compare the seat movement, tabletop and laptop space your sessions need. Include all selected furniture and accessories when reviewing the overall project price and the room around the pod.

Plan several pods as one delivery project

When ordering more than one configuration, include the complete quantity in the configurator and receiving plan. Check whether there is room to unload, hold components and assemble each unit without obstructing the office. Confirm whether a single installation visit suits the site or whether a staged programme needs to be assessed. The freight estimate depends on the actual packages, not just the number of finished pods.

Prepare the branch and building teams

Record the exact postal code, building, floor, unit and receiving contact. Ask the facilities team to confirm the permitted goods route, lift dimensions, power and clearances. Agree who checks the shipment and signs off the final arrangement. Keep any restricted receiving hours or special handling visible in the delivery scope.

07

Office pods for Woodlands

Compare phone booths and meeting pods for your Woodlands office. Define the working layout and the exact Singapore delivery destination, then plan the receiving and installation requirements for your building.

Office pods for Punggol Digital District

Plan office pods for a workplace in Punggol Digital District with the configuration and fit-out programme considered together. Choose the call and meeting spaces you need, then confirm the premises are ready to receive and install them.

One project, one precise destination

An area name is a useful starting point; the actual building determines the receiving and installation plan. Provide the six-digit postal code, floor and unit, goods entrance, lift details and any restricted receiving hours.

Use the local guidance below

CBD, Woodlands and Punggol have dedicated purchase guides. The one-north, Jurong East, Changi Business Park, Paya Lebar and Tampines sections cover the local planning questions within this guide. All lead to the same model comparison and configurator.

Compare the complete configuration

Compare the pod, furniture and installation as separate items. Add your chosen extras and the delivery requirements for your building when reviewing the complete project.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

See it properly before you decide

Take a look inside. The film below walks through the Solo, the most compact model in the range, and the 3D configurator lets you turn any model around, change the finishes and try the furniture layouts. If you would rather be walked through it, we will do a live video walkthrough of the pod you are considering and answer questions as we go.

Planning your office pod

Which model should I choose?

Start with the number of users and the work session. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual calls and desk work, Duo and Team for two people, and Meet and Max for small-group layouts. Check the furniture, internal dimensions and door clearance together.

What access information should I prepare?

Provide the six-digit postal code, building, floor and unit, the receiving entrance, lift opening and cabin dimensions, weight limit and any restricted delivery hours. Include the narrowest corridor turns and the final doorway in the route check.

How do I check the delivery and installation scope?

Save the exact configuration, extras and quantities. Review unloading, internal movement, assembly and packaging responsibilities against your building’s requirements. Keep any special access or receiving arrangements with the project before agreeing an installation date.

Start with your room

Measure the available space and choose the working layout. Build the model, furniture and extras in the configurator, then keep the building and receiving details with your project.
