Plan the space around the pod as carefully as the interior. Draw the furnished model, door movement and circulation onto your office floor plan, then coordinate the services and receiving route.
Check use as well as fit
Allow people to approach, enter, sit and leave comfortably. Consider nearby desks, storage and meeting-room entrances. Confirm any accessibility requirements against the actual opening, threshold, internal layout and site conditions.
Coordinate with facilities
Review the final position, required clearances, floor suitability, power and ventilation with the responsible team. Include building management or the fit-out team wherever their approval or coordination is required.
Check the packed route separately
The assembled footprint does not establish whether the packages fit in the goods lift. Measure the complete route from unloading to the workplace, including corners, thresholds and lift weight limits.
