Open-plan teams and hybrid calls
Count simultaneous calls during the busiest period. Several individual pods may support that demand differently from one larger meeting pod. Check screen position, power, seating and the route from the main work area.
Interviews and project conversations
Compare two-person arrangements with the working table and seating in place. For sensitive discussions, assess whole-pod acoustic evidence and the surrounding office conditions. Decide how shared use and availability will be managed.
Coworking operators and education teams
For an operator buying pods for its own premises, plan quantities, receiving access and upkeep as one project. For a school or university, define the staff or student activity and the responsible facilities team’s requirements. Match the product to the actual use before setting a specification.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard
Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.
There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

Planning your office pod
Which model should I choose?
Start with the number of users and the work session. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual calls and desk work, Duo and Team for two people, and Meet and Max for small-group layouts. Check the furniture, internal dimensions and door clearance together.
What access information should I prepare?
Provide the six-digit postal code, building, floor and unit, the receiving entrance, lift opening and cabin dimensions, weight limit and any restricted delivery hours. Include the narrowest corridor turns and the final doorway in the route check.
How do I check the delivery and installation scope?
Save the exact configuration, extras and quantities. Review unloading, internal movement, assembly and packaging responsibilities against your building’s requirements. Keep any special access or receiving arrangements with the project before agreeing an installation date.
