What an acoustic office pod actually does.
It stays comfortable for a long meeting
Adjustable ventilation is standard and exchanges air with the room continuously, which is what stops an enclosed space becoming stuffy after forty minutes. Cooling is an optional upgrade and works alongside the ventilation rather than replacing it.
You are lit properly on camera
Dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, standard on every pod and controlled from inside. Warm and low for a conversation, brighter and cooler for a video call, rather than one fixed office glare through a glass roof.
Turn the glass private, if you want to
Switchable privacy glass is an option rather than standard. It goes from clear to frosted instantly, on the front glass or on front and rear, and it is priced in the configurator as you add it. Applied frosting or a printed wrap in your own artwork does the same job permanently for less.
Nobody walks in mid-sentence
An occupancy indicator outside shows the pod is in use, and a concealed door closer shuts the door behind you every time. Both are standard, and the closer also keeps the acoustic seal consistent rather than depending on whoever used it last.
Everything is within reach of the seat
Power and data are built in as standard and positioned for where you actually sit, with USB-A and USB-C alongside the sockets. Lighting and ventilation are controlled from a panel inside, not from an app.
It sounds right, not just quiet
The absorbent interior lining is doing a different job from the insulation. Insulation keeps the conversation in; the lining stops a small hard-surfaced box sounding like a stairwell on a call. Both matter and only one of them is in the headline number.

What it is made of
Steel frame, laminated glass, lined for sound.
The structure is a steel frame. That is what lets the pod carry glass on two sides, stay square after it has been taken apart and reassembled in a new office, and hold the door in alignment so the acoustic seal keeps working years in. A pod is only as quiet as its weakest joint, and the frame is the joint.
The glass is laminated front and rear, which is what makes it safe as well as acoustically useful. The interior is lined with absorbent material rather than finished in hard board, and that is the difference between a pod that is private and one that is also pleasant to speak in.
The specification is GREENGUARD Gold certified for low chemical emissions, which matters more in a small enclosed room than almost anywhere else in a building, and is the certification most often named in a workplace specification. The pod is also built from recyclable materials, so at the end of a long life the steel, glass and aluminium go back into the stream rather than into landfill.

The acoustic lining is classified B-s1, d2 to EN 13501-1:2018: limited contribution to fire and very limited smoke production. The wall board is rated Class A for interior wall and ceiling finish under UL 723 / ASTM E84, with a flame spread index of 0 and a smoke developed index of 55. Upholstery fabric passes BS 5852 Part 1 at ignition sources 0 and 1.
These are material classifications rather than a whole-pod fire test. If your project needs a specific national fire classification, raise it early and we will confirm what can be provided.

Built under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. Glazed with 5 + 5 mm laminated toughened safety glass, certified Grade A safety glazing material.

The acoustic enclosure includes standard ventilation, adjustable LED lighting, Singapore electrical configuration subject to specification confirmation, USB-A and USB-C connections, internal controls, an occupancy indicator and a concealed door closer. Furniture, installation and selected upgrades are optional.
The standard furniture package adds SGD 1,995 ex. GST . Alternative layouts and compatible extras are priced in the configurator.
What can I customise?
Choose exterior and interior colours, an available furniture layout and compatible extras such as privacy glass, cooling and screen accessories. The selected configuration is documented before the build. Ask us about custom colours or requirements beyond the listed options before ordering.
Does ventilation mean air conditioning?
No. Standard ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room. Air conditioning is an optional upgrade. On Meet, the standard ventilation is retained alongside the cooling option. The cooling unit adds 350 mm to the overall height; its electrical and installation requirements are reviewed with your configuration.
How quiet is it?
Independently tested to ISO 23351-1:2020 and rated Class A, the band above B on the standard’s own scale, with a speech level reduction of 30.8 dB. This is a measured speech result, not a guarantee of silence or an equal reduction for every type of noise. The surrounding room, assembly and door seals affect the installed experience.
