Short calls or longer desk work
Start with a typical session: a quick call, a video meeting or a period of laptop work. Check table height, seating, screen position and space to move. A capacity label alone does not describe how the pod will feel with the selected furniture.
Plan the pod and the route together
Check the finished footprint, open door and required clearances in your office. For delivery, use the separate package dimensions and goods-route measurements. Include furniture and separately packed extras in the receiving plan.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard
Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.
There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

Planning your office pod
Which model should I choose?
Start with the number of users and the work session. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual calls and desk work, Duo and Team for two people, and Meet and Max for small-group layouts. Check the furniture, internal dimensions and door clearance together.
What access information should I prepare?
Provide the six-digit postal code, building, floor and unit, the receiving entrance, lift opening and cabin dimensions, weight limit and any restricted delivery hours. Include the narrowest corridor turns and the final doorway in the route check.
How do I check the delivery and installation scope?
Save the exact configuration, extras and quantities. Review unloading, internal movement, assembly and packaging responsibilities against your building’s requirements. Keep any special access or receiving arrangements with the project before agreeing an installation date.
