A pod that earns its place in your office

For a team in Raffles Place, Marina Bay or Tanjong Pagar, start with the work that is hardest to accommodate today. Frequent individual calls point towards Solo or Solo Plus. Two-person conversations call for a comparison of Duo and Team. Meet and Max offer larger layouts for small groups. Check the usable furnished space and where people will wait or pass the open door, rather than choosing by capacity alone.

Check the goods route, not just the office doorway

A visitor entrance is not necessarily the route available to a delivery team. Ask your building manager which loading bay and goods lift can be used, how a slot is booked, and whether protection or contractor registration is required. Measure the lift opening and cabin, the tightest corridor turn and the final doorway against the packed components. The specifications page lists the base crates; furniture and cooling packaging need to be included separately.

Plan around an occupied workplace

Identify a clear assembly area, a place for packaging and a route that keeps everyday circulation usable. Confirm whether the work can happen during normal receiving hours or needs a separate agreed window. Have the facilities team check the proposed position, power supply, ventilation clearances and any building approval before locking in the configuration. A pod’s footprint alone is not a complete space plan.

Compare the full project scope: product, chosen accessories, delivery, installation and the applicable tax and import treatment. A central location does not by itself establish the handling cost or an installation date.

Prices are for the pod in the configuration you choose. Finishes, furniture and compatible extras are listed separately as you build. Delivery, destination costs and any applicable tax are confirmed on your written quotation, so the total you approve is the total you pay.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.
