Office pods for Punggol Digital District

Plan office pods for a workplace in Punggol Digital District with the configuration and fit-out programme considered together. Choose the call and meeting spaces you need, then confirm the premises are ready to receive and install them.

Six models, one configurator

Connect the layout to the way teams work

Punggol Digital District brings business and education into the same district. For an office project, identify whether the pod will support individual calls, project discussions, interviews or quiet desk work. Choose the furnished layout around that session. Educational or specialist use needs its own suitability review rather than an assumption based on the district’s wider activities.

Plan for the actual occupation phase

Parts of the district continue to open in phases. Use your tenancy’s confirmed dates and access arrangements when planning a pod installation. Establish who controls the building during fit-out and who will take responsibility after handover. A planned opening or a district announcement is not confirmation that your receiving area, lift or power supply will be ready.

Coordinate the pod with the fit-out team

Share the chosen model’s finished dimensions, packed components and furnished layout with the people arranging the office. Confirm the final position, door movement, ventilation clearances, power, circulation and assembly space. If the configuration is likely to move as the team grows, discuss the future handling and reassembly requirements before treating relocation as effortless.

Bring the project details together

Save the complete configuration, options and quantities. Add the six-digit postal code, building or tower, floor and unit, together with the goods entrance and booked receiving arrangements. Review the delivery, installation and tax/import scope with those details. The project should refer to the actual premises and agreed readiness date, not only to Punggol as an area.

Compare the complete configuration

Compare the pod, furniture and installation as separate items. Add your chosen extras and the delivery requirements for your building when reviewing the complete project.

What is included as standard

Every FocusPod arrives with laminated glass front and rear, layered acoustic insulation, adjustable ventilation, dimmable LED lighting with adjustable colour temperature, power and an occupancy light. Speech level reduction is laboratory tested at 30.5–30.8 dB under ISO 23351-1, the international standard written specifically for pods. Every pod is covered by our five-year structural and electrical warranty.

There is no separate charge for the black or white exterior or for the standard interior palette. Other exterior colours use the displayed upgrade price, and a custom interior colour is priced per pod. All of it is listed separately as you build, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the quotation.

See it properly before you decide

Take a look inside. The film below walks through the Solo, the most compact model in the range, and the 3D configurator lets you turn any model around, change the finishes and try the furniture layouts. If you would rather be walked through it, we will do a live video walkthrough of the pod you are considering and answer questions as we go.

Planning your office pod

Which model should I choose?

Start with the number of users and the work session. Compare Solo and Solo Plus for individual calls and desk work, Duo and Team for two people, and Meet and Max for small-group layouts. Check the furniture, internal dimensions and door clearance together.

What access information should I prepare?

Provide the six-digit postal code, building, floor and unit, the receiving entrance, lift opening and cabin dimensions, weight limit and any restricted delivery hours. Include the narrowest corridor turns and the final doorway in the route check.

How do I check the delivery and installation scope?

Save the exact configuration, extras and quantities. Review unloading, internal movement, assembly and packaging responsibilities against your building’s requirements. Keep any special access or receiving arrangements with the project before agreeing an installation date.

Start with your room

Measure the available space and choose the working layout. Build the model, furniture and extras in the configurator, then keep the building and receiving details with your project.
