Prepare your workplace for installation
Prepare the space, services and receiving route before installation day. Keep the chosen model and furniture layout with the building’s access requirements so everyone works to the same specification.
Prepare the final position
Use the model dimensions and selected furniture on the office floor plan. Have the site team confirm floor suitability, clearances, door movement, ventilation, power and circulation. Make the assembly area available for the agreed work window.
Agree who does what
Keep unloading, movement to the workplace, assembly, positioning and packaging responsibilities visible in the project scope. If you intend to assemble the pod in-house, review the model instructions, personnel, tools and handling requirements before delivery.
Check the completed configuration
Confirm the model and options against the agreed specification. Review the door, lighting, ventilation, power connections and selected furniture as part of handover, and retain the project and support information for future reference.
