Use one access record for the whole project. Collect the destination, goods-route measurements and receiving requirements before the delivery and installation scope is agreed.
Destination and receiving
Record the full address, six-digit postal code, building or tower, floor and unit. Identify the loading entrance, receiving contact, permitted hours and booking process. Include any security or contractor-registration requirements.
Lift and internal route
Measure the lift opening and cabin, confirm its weight limit, and check the narrowest doorway and corridor turns. Identify any steps, slopes or route changes. Compare these with all crates and additional option packages.
Assembly and handover
Confirm access to the final position, assembly space, ready services and a place for packaging. Agree the unloading, internal movement, installation and disposal responsibilities. Nominate the person who receives the shipment and checks the finished configuration.
